Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Inspect materials for damage and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
