Responsibilities
- Safely move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to warehouse management
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Support shipping/receiving operations with accurate documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory software or WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
