Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic scanning and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support quality control by identifying damaged or defective materials
- Uphouse 5S standards for a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety-first practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
