Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage documentation
- Maintain organized inventory systems with precise stock rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following OSHA protocols
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety standards and 5S practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
