Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect and maintain material handling equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning, counting, and record-keeping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Prepare and stage outbound shipments for timely delivery
- Maintain organized storage areas for efficient inventory retrieval
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
