Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Accurately inventory and organize materials in compliance with company standards
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damage and discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
