Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming materials using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize space utilization
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely shipment
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; warehouse certification preferred
- 1+ years experience in material handling or warehouse operations
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and team collaboration abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
