Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory counts and update records accurately in our WMS system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly warehouse storage areas
- Assist in receiving shipments and verifying incoming goods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
