Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes
- Organize and rotate inventory according to FIFO principles
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain proper documentation
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting processes
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
