Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse space through strategic pallet racking and slotting
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure 99.8% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Train new hires on material handling procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
