Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy within 0.1% tolerance
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Implement lean principles to reduce processing time by 15% monthly
- Train new associates on SOPs and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided if needed)
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with WMS systems preferred (training available)
