Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished products
- Accurately track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and maintain precise documentation
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Load/unload trucks using proper safety protocols and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory tracking systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
