Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodology
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
