Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for timely shipments
- Maintain organized warehouse layout following 5S principles
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Background check and drug screen required
