Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning and WMS systems
- Load/untrucks with attention to weight distribution and safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Document all material movements using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
