Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move products throughout the facility
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using inventory management systems
- Maintain organized and clean work areas in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environment
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
