Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to picklists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to optimize productivity
- Verify product quantities and condition before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid NY driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Reliable transportation to our Manhattan facility
