Responsibilities
- Safely move, store, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our WMS system
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisors
- Operate material handling equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy with inventory system experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
