Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and move materials to designated areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory systems with precise stock rotation and location tracking
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
