Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and shipping schedules
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime as needed
