Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Manage inventory through scanning, counting, and accurate record-keeping
- Prioritize and organize materials for efficient storage and retrieval
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform preventative maintenance checks
- Assist with quality control measures and damage prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime
