Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Verify product accuracy and quality before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory in designated storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving team for seamless operations
- Complete daily productivity reports with precision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
