Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and unload incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse zones following FIFO protocols
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely shipment to clients
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company quality guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
