Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using handheld scanners
- Inspect products for quality and condition before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment including tape dispensers and box sealers
- Sort and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for 4-6 hour shifts with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Proficient with handheld scanning devices (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
