Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
