Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily/weekly productivity targets
- Oversee receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping operations with 99%+ accuracy
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and technology utilization for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and transportation departments for seamless operations
- Manage inventory control systems, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes
- Resolve operational challenges proactively and maintain clean, organized workspaces
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training required
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
