Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials and products throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery and receive incoming goods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
