Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments with accuracy
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scannersOperate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Maintain inventory counts and stock rotation systems
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments
