Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Execute accurate picking/packing processes for customer orders
- Maintain organized stock locations and inventory records
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Preferable: High school diploma/GED
