Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout 50,000 sq ft facility
- Execute inventory control procedures including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with precision scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse certification preferred
- OSHA forklift certification with 6+ months operation experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
