Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished goods using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory control through cycle counts and data entry in WMS systems
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow
- Prepare accurate documentation for inbound/outbound shipments
- Implement 5S methodologies to maintain organized workspace
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience
- OSHA-certified forklift operation (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
