Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming shipments using WMS systems
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for efficient shipping operations
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Certified forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
