Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport goods throughout the facility
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory using warehouse management systems
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document all material movements and inventory changes in real-time
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
