Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using WMS systems
- Organize and stage materials for production lines with zero-error precision
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material movement workflows
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Prepare outbound shipments for timely delivery to distribution centers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- High school diploma or equivalent required
