Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products throughout the facility
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies
- Maintain organized storage systems using WMS software and barcode scanning technology
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and loading materials
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies to management
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience or relevant technical training
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficient in basic inventory management systems and barcode scanning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and stand for extended periods
