Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials efficiently
- Manage inventory using WMS systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional team for just-in-time deliveries
- Implement lean material handling techniques
- Maintain OSHA compliance documentation and training
- Lead safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/material handling experience
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10 preferred)
- Advanced WMS system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred
