Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Operate warehouse technology including WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Prepare outbound shipments with precise labeling and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse certification preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years material handling experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry abilities
