Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and system updates
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA standards and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare shipments for delivery by packaging and labeling products
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
