Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming materials using warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the facility
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and minimize delays

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proven experience in warehouse or material handling environments
