Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety guidelines.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met and deadlines are respected.
- Document daily activities accurately in the warehouse management system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain a forklift operator certification (training provided).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
