Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment after certification
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification program
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
