Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; maintain detailed inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all OSHA safety protocols
- Pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments for timely delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in cold environments (warehouse temperatures 35-45°F)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software operation
