Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and sort incoming materials using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and paperwork
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct daily inspections
- Organize stock in designated storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
