Responsibilities
- Accurately pack orders according to specifications using proper materials
- Operate packing equipment (tape dispensers, box cutters) safely and efficiently
- Scan and verify inventory using barcode scanners
- Maintain organized and clean workstation area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with barcode scanners
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Kansas City facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including weekends (if needed)
