Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and WMS data entry
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality assurance and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse layout and workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Operate material handling equipment including reach trucks and order pickers
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Support shipping/receiving processes including loading/unloading trucks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
