Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and minimize waste
- Implement lean practices to improve workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet production and delivery targets
- Prepare performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- Forklift certification and proficiency operating warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Expert knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS software
- OSHA certification and thorough understanding of safety regulations
