Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect, count, and document incoming/outgoing inventory with precision
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following 5S principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and documentation skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, organized work environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
