Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; maintain organized inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proven commitment to workplace safety and compliance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
