Responsibilities
- Safely move, store, and manage inventory using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Inspect materials for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with remote teams to coordinate shipping/receiving schedules
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Support cross-functional departments during peak operational periods
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a hybrid remote/on-site environment
