Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts
- Inspect and prepare materials for shipping/receiving while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and comply with OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Implement 5S methodology for workplace organization and safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
